The Group invested in a multi-year programme of work called the Commercial Systems Programme (CSP). We successfully delivered the infrastructure design for the application in on premise and Cloud. The role was to define the end-to-end solutions meeting proposed.

We have assisted Cabinet Office Re-hosting proposal for SOP (Single Oracle Platform) on to AWS cloud and Oracle Cloud. SOP Re-hosting proposal on to AWS Cloud demonstrated £2 Million savings and SOP Re-hosting on to OCI Cloud proposal approved with estimated.

Cloud Transformation Project

The project was to translate business requirements (both functional and non-functional) into a solution, ensuring compliance with the organisation's strategy, policies and standards. We designed the AWS infrastructure in line with NCSC UK's Cloud Security Principles.

Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) Reform Programme

The project is to design and deploy BEIS Cirrus cloud solution to Department for International Trade (DIT) using Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Tech Overhaul Firecrest devices.

HMRC CDIO teams are using different tools to support their product lifecycle management, the lack of tool uniformity has introduced major disparity, resulting in teams implementing bespoke solution for each tool. This gap has created a requirement to bring uniformity.

Designed and deployed 15 Million ALM Project.

We are delighted about PSN to VPN change, it was a seamless user migration and improved our end user experience. This project saved us £ 200k a year and our Board is impressed and happy with the change and uplift of performance.
